How this affects our reviews

It does not. We write our verdicts based on actual testing, not on which platforms have the most generous affiliate programs. Several products we recommend in our comparisons pay us nothing. Stable Diffusion is free open-source software, and we link to free tiers of platforms where the free tier is the right answer for the reader.

What we do not do

• We do not accept payment for placement. Vendors cannot pay to be featured or to receive a higher rating.
• We do not write sponsored reviews. If we publish a review of a product, we tested it ourselves on a self-paid account.
• We do not write fake reviews. Every product on this site has been used by us for at least 14 days.
• We do not recommend products we wouldn't use. If a product fails our testing, we either don't publish a review or we publish a critical one.

Methodology

We test every product on a paid account for at least 14 days before publishing. We document features that worked, features that failed, pricing as of the publish date, and where the product fits relative to alternatives. Reviews are dated and we update them when major product changes happen.

Disputes and corrections

If you spot an error or want to dispute a claim, email hello@aigirlfriendtested.com. We correct factual errors promptly and note the correction date on the page.
